Look at your portion sizes today. Are you eating enough at all meals? Are some meals overloading your stomach? Make a point of eating more evenly so that you know what satisfaction feels like compared to feeling bloated or hungry.

In a study published in The New England Journal of Medicine, Dr. Wing and her colleagues found that stepping on a scale regularly can be as important when you are trying to maintain as when you are trying to lose. Actually, study participants who weighed in daily were 82 percent not as likely to regain lost weight compared to those who did not weigh themselves every day. In case a daily weigh-in seems too extreme, try weighing in weekly: Although Lifetime members aren’t needed to step on the scale every week, doing so will help keep you accountable. Test out daily, weekly, and monthly weigh-ins to see what is most effective.

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get setup? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet smart so I’m not 100% sure. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
